
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 ounce vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
- Add heavy cream and protein powder to the yogurt.
- Stir together well until no clumps remain. If using unflavored or unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste.
- Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and walnuts over the top. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat!
