  1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  2. Add heavy cream and protein powder to the yogurt.
  3. Stir together well until no clumps remain. If using unflavored or unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste.
  4. Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and walnuts over the top. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat!
