
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- smoked paprika, to taste
- 1 ounce romaine lettuce
- 2 ounce bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 ounce cheddar cheese
- 6 medium cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
- Prepare the hardboiled eggs using your method of preference. Here are some details of my favorite method for the perfect harboiled eggs.
- Chop the tomato, bacon, lettuce, and cheese.
- Make the deviled egg filling by combining the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Spoon the mixture back into the cooked egg whites. In between 2 deviled eggs, layer the eggs with bacon, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. Use a toothpick to secure together if needed.
- Serve and enjoy immediately or store until ready to eat.
